PharmaStaffX provides technology and recruitment-support functionality and does not become the employer of candidates merely because the Platform facilitates an application, introduction, communication, or recruitment activity.

6. Candidate Responsibility & Information Usage

Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy of their resume, qualifications, experience, contact details, applications, and the authenticity of documents submitted. You must not upload another person's personal information without authorization or a lawful basis.

PharmaStaffX does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, candidate selection, salary, promotions, or employer responses.

7. Job Listing Disclaimer

Job opportunities displayed on PharmaStaffX may be provided by employers, recruiters, recruitment agencies, or other third parties.

While PharmaStaffX may use reasonable measures to support Platform integrity, we do not guarantee that every job listing, employer, recruiter, compensation statement, qualification requirement, or employment representation is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for every user unless expressly stated otherwise.
